Hello, I’m Vivienne Law!

I’m a mental health nurse, meditation practitioner and mindful self-compassion teacher.

My mission is to align you with the right mindfulness and meditation practices so you can experience long lasting positive mental wellbeing.

Drawing upon my clinical experience working at Australia’s largest adult psychiatric hospital, I curate classes, programs and retreats that cultivate kind conversations, confidence and consistency, so you continue to reap the benefits of a mindful mind well into the future.

In doing so, I strive to create a community of wonderful humans, where everyone feels resourced to take care of themselves, thrive from the inside out and live with more compassion, acceptance and curiosity and not merely in the absence of mental ill health. 

My approach is trauma-sensitive, embedded in evidence and a skilful blend of clinical expertise, eastern philosophy and formal practice.
